This add-on includes reconfigured ILS, and taxiway adjustments for external traffic injection (BeyondATC, FSLTL, AIG,...) at Kansai International Airport (ICAO: RJBB).
Dependency: TechnoBrain Kansai Intl (SimMarket) (not sponsored)
Just extract the ZIP into Community folder, and you're ready to go.
Package built in MSFS2020.
Feedbacks for corrections will be greatly appreciated.

If you saw exactly 2 stuck aircrafts (1 on A8, and 1 on A9) when you're landing, it's most likely a BATC/MSFS bug, I had a similar problem with VVTS - where the aircraft(1 or 2) landing before me would be stuck on the exit.
Clearing the SceneryIndexes should work. For me, I'd often clean up the Content.xml, as well, only keeping the UserDisabled lines.

When using beyondatc at inibuilds OMDB,OTHH airports, the currently used runway field is not displayed. Is there a way to fix this?（by,Google translate)

If you are talking the runway numbers in the BATC map, sometimes the numbers and TDZ don't show. Everything should still work just fine.
If you're talking about the active runway in the ATIS, that might be a BATC bug.
I don't own the sceneries, so I can't check that.
