Alitalia Cargo, and later Cargoitalia, operated a fleet of MD-11 freighter aircraft that flew worldwide from Italy. Seen in Hong Kong and the US, they operated longhaul routes for the Italian Flag Carrier for around a decade in the mid-late 2000s through 2010s. When Alitalia failed in 2008/2009, their loss-leading cargo division was spun out into its own brand with its own AOC. The majority, if not all, of these operated aircraft were ex-Alitalia MD-11C aircraft and thus had a unique rear loading cargo door. Cargoitalia, perhaps unsurprisingly, couldn't compete with rival carriers like Cargolux and folded in 2011.

This pack is semi-fictional. Since TFDI doesn't have an MD-11C config for the cargo door, all included aircraft are the F/BCF front loading door.

The pack contains the following registrations:

EI-UPO - Niccolò Paganini - This aircraft carries over the same paintscheme as the company's later pax liveries and is represented in the older all black Alitalia Cargo titles.

EI-UPA - Gioachino Rossini - This aircraft utilizes newer branding that Alitalia painted on several MD-11Fs, enlarging the Alitalia  logo on the tail and sharpening it at the front. Strangely, the whole cheatline was painted lower on the aircraft entirely.

EI-UPE - Cargoitalia operated this aircraft with a modified de-Alitalia'd livery until their collapse with the green cheatline still very much persisting.

EI-EMS - This was a strange one and the only not fictional in the entire pack. This is a BCF with a front loading door that was converted from a Citybird MD-11. This one bore a Eurowhite scheme with 'Cargoitalia' plastered down the side.
