The popular Toolbar Pushback add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator has been updated to version 1.6.0, bringing compatibility with the latest Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Known for simplifying ground operations, Toolbar Pushback allows you to manage pushback operations directly within the simulator's interface, eliminating the need for external applications or constant alt-tabbing. This utility offers a range of options, including manual pushback steering via rudder pedals, joystick, keyboard, or mouse, as well as an automated Pushback Pre-Planning feature that lets you map out your desired pushback route in advance.

Ground services, such as catering or baggage handling, can also be summoned effortlessly with a single click. These features are designed to work with all types of aircraft. The latest update ensures that Toolbar Pushback remains a valuable tool for simmers who have transitioned to MSFS 2024. However, a known issue prevents pushback tug interaction in the new simulator version, though pushback functionality itself remains unaffected. For those new to the add-on, quick-access controls such as "Shift + P" for classic pushback or "Right Ctrl + P" to toggle the Toolbar Pushback window provide ease of use.

The developer invites you to share feedback, report bugs, or ask questions via private messages or the official Microsoft Flight Simulator forums. Additionally, a rich library of tutorials and reviews on platforms like YouTube helps users get the most out of Toolbar Pushback. Toolbar Pushback remains a freeware offering. If you find the tool useful, consider supporting its continued development by donating to the creator. Visit the download page for details.

Good question. With this update, it seems they've brought it up to the same standard? But I could be wrong. According to the read me file, here's a link to the feature comparison: https://www.aerosoft.com/shop/flight/microsoft-flight-simulator/msfs-tools/4227/aerosoft-toolbar-pushback-pro

Is it still causing all sorts of problems with add-ons? I uninstalled it long ago because it was messing with several payware planes when it came to parking brakes and taxiing, but it has been updated many times since. Have they fixed those issues?

i would suggest that with aircraft that have their own PB utility within the EFB like Fenix, it is not suggested to be used or to be in the community folder (Fenix state this themselves) regarding other payware without embedded PB plugins, im not sure as im always doubtful, but that Pre pushback plan is something I miss!

even the paid version of this tool does not work very well, not thrilled that peoples money are being wasted on a product that does not do what it was intended to do!

in MSFS 2024 as soon as the pushpack has a curve, the airplane begins heavily to sway right and left. it keeps on oscilating mor than 90° to the right and left...

Hi, Worked fine in 2020, but in 2024, the cursor refuses to be dragged onto toolbar pushback window in VR. And sometimes the cursor goes totally missing. Is this a known issue or a problem with just my setup? Thanks

Stop promoting this Ad-On. It doesn't work at all.
