So first time I use this system for a repaint request and quite frankly I feel ripped off. I paid out $25 for a request. The guy that accepted it does not communicate and does a half arsed repaint of something of not what I requested -because he failed to read my detailed explanation or lacks an ability to fully understand the English language. So where are the system to work against this happening? Surely if you are paying money for a repaint you should have some control over that process and see if the repaint meets your requirements before it is uploaded and the repainter gets any credit to his/her account . Seems the system is entirely set up to be used by 'rip of merchants' if there is no method to check or balance. I won't be using it again that's for sure. So no one to contact if you are not happy or satisfied. No method of approval before somebody gets your hard earnt. So where's the comeback Flightsim.to if you are not satisfied with what you have paid out money for????? I don't think you are meeting requirements to safeguard consumers /users and I am extremely concerned about this.. because you have a responsibility to do so. Wasted 25 bucks - a lesson learnt the hard way. It appears also I am not the only one.

Happy to help if you contact support@flightsim.to with the link to the addon request, and the reasons why you are not satisfied. Rest assured that if the fulfilment is incorrect, we will take care of it.

I will do -but where are you safegaurding procedures? There should be a method when offering money/credit that the requester approves the repaint before it is uploaded and the repainter is credited. Otherwise the system is open for abuse which it quite clearly is.

We understand your concern, and safeguards do exist through our moderation and dispute review process. If a creator submits work that clearly does not meet the stated request requirements, users can report the request and our team will investigate and take action where appropriate, including refunds. A mandatory approval-before-payment system may sound straightforward, but in practice it also creates opportunities for abuse against creators, for example where completed work is withheld unfairly after delivery. We therefore aim to balance protection for both requesters and creators through manual review and moderation instead. In your specific case, the amount has been refunded.
