If a request is not fulfilled properly or does not meet the stated requirements, you can always contact support or report the request directly. Our team reviews these cases individually and, where appropriate, refunds the reward amount.
While we understand the concerns regarding a mandatory approval system before rewards are released, such systems unfortunately also create significant potential for abuse against creators who completed legitimate work. For this reason, disputes are currently handled through manual review instead.
Cases like this are fortunately very uncommon. Well over 95% of addon requests are completed without complaints or disputes. . As with any open platform, there can occasionally be bad actors or negative experiences, but these cases are rare overall. We recently introduced the ability to assign requests directly to a specific creator when creating a request.
In your specific case, the request has been reset to open and has now been accepted by another creator.
