#Real-Life Greece Exclusive Drag and Drop

Take flight to the scenic greek island of Skiathos in the Aegaen Sea, well known for it´s short runway and proximity to the sunny beaches!

This is version 1.10 of my free airport addon bringing you the famous Skiathos Alexandros Papadiamantis Airport (LGSK).


Changelog V1.10:

*Added many new details all around the airport!
*Replaced all previous buildings with new generic ones that are now VISIBLE FOR ALL versions of MSFS
*Improved/Added ground textures around the airport to better match reality
*Tweaked terraforming on many places
*Added vegetation where it was missing


Improvements to the original version of LGSK:

*Changed runway designators from 20/02 to 19/01
*Improved runway layout overall (can´t get precision markings to show)
*Corrected Runway slope to be closer to reality
*Added the new apron built in 2016/2017 with relatively accurate markings
*Added accurate Taxiway Signs
*Corrected Taxiway names to match reality
*Added close to reality apron lights
*Added many static objects around the airport
*Added functional Tower and Approach  (ATIS currently not working)
*Added functional parking stands
*Added boats and some items around the beach of runway 01
*Replaced autogenerated terminal buildings with some generic buildings

Also some time in the future I will be able to add custom 3D buildings to my airports to bring it even closer to reality, but first I'll focus on getting the general layout of the airports right.

If you could that would be awesome - it's similar to LGSK in that runway width and slope is all wrong with taxi and parking positions not reflected accurately - similar size to LGSK - just slightly longer and higher runway 😊

Looks like the mod did not load at all. What you see is standard stock autogen airport. You must have put it into the wrong folder or nested it in a subfolder within community folder which excludes it from load. Also there are chances the airport needs a patch, following the Japan update - it changed something in SDK.

You must have installed it the wrong way. You have the stock airport there. Also I tested it after the Japan update and everything was fine for me

Die gesamten Gebäude sollen nochmal verbessert werden sobald ich gut umgehen kann mit Blender oder jemand anders die Modelle macht.

All the buildings will be improved once I get to grips with Blender or someone else does the models.

I don't know why but I can't see the main terminal, it's just empty space there (1.9.3.) and also at nights there are floating lights above city (very high), probably that's the sim bug but wanted to let you know 😊

The lights are definitely sim bug, can find them on many places around the globe.
For the building: good to let me know! That is the one thing I couldn´t check as I have the Premium edition and I was wondering if there are assets that can be used that won´t show for people without it. The Terminal Building is a building from Cape Town airport. Can you confirm that you have the Standard edition of the Game? I have to replace the Building then unfortunately in a next update.
Everyone with Deluxe and Premium Edition should be able to see all the buildings though

I will get back to work then.
Generic Buildings in the game are quite limited so for the future I either learn how to model my own buildings with Blender or someone interested comes along and adds his models to the project.

I really appreciate the attention to detail on approach - the little boats in the marina. More airport creators should take note from you and give the same care to approach as they do to the airport itself.

Unfortunately there are only a limited amount of Objects to choose from in the Sim, so I´m still a bit limited in creating these details but as you see I´m doing my best
