Presenting the A320neo in a fictional look inspired by the Aero Spacelines Super Guppy as operated by Airbus during the 1970s and 80s. The Super Guppy first flew on August 31st, 1965 and was based on a modified Boeing Stratocruiser fuselage, with the key modification being a ballooned upper fuselage, making it capable of taking on board oversized cargo. In order to do this, the entire front end of the aircraft, including the flight deck, would swivel on hinges to allow full access to the cargo hold. Some of the first cargo the Super Guppy was tasked with transporting was components (including entire Saturn V stages) for NASA's Apollo program to land the first man on the moon. Indeed, NASA remains to this day as the sole remaining operator of the Super Guppy.

Airbus began operating the Super Guppy after purchasing two in 1970 for the vital task of transporting parts from its various plants around Europe to Toulouse for final assembly. So useful was the aircraft to Airbus, that they ended up buying the rights to produce the (based on a Boeing design) aircraft and built themselves two more. These four aircraft would serve Airbus all the way up until 1994 when they were replaced by Airbus's own Beluga, based around the A300.

This fictional reimagining of the classic Beluga look for the A320 I have dubbed the "Baby Guppy" for obvious reasons. While the A320 can't strictly be converted to a cargo variant in the sim - with the windows being a permanent fixture of the model - I have made it so that the windows are blocked out (though at night they will still light up).
