The Northern Elbe Bridge is a highway bridge in the course of highway 1 from Hamburg to Lübeck and further to Puttgarden.
Because of its red supporting cables that look like rubber bands, it is also popularly known as the "rubber band bridge".
It was completed in 1963 and can no longer cope with today's traffic. Over the past 60 years, it has become quite dilapidated and is scheduled to be replaced by a new bridge within the next 10 years.

This model shows the bridge in its current state. But since the plans for the new bridge already exist, I have also already built the future bridge and uploaded it to (Northern Elbe Bridge future form), so that everyone can choose which model they want to have right now.

The installation is quite simple:

In the community folder:
Simply unzip the zip file in the community folder and delete the zip file after unzipping.

In an external addon folder with AddonLinker
Unzip the ZIP file in your desired addon folder and then activate it in Addon-Linker. After unpacking, the zip file can be deleted again.

Why are there 8 identical static blue trucks in the center of the bridge where there's no road but only support structures & cables which btw are going thru the trucks. How come you need a separate folder for the bridge exclusion. I have dozens of bridges that have built in exclusions. I'm sorry but it breaks the immersion for me though I do like your calm demeaner & response. I'll give it another go now that I know what the blue anchors are. Thank You.

These are not trucks, but the concrete anchors for the supporting cables.
If you follow the course of the ropes, you will recognize it.

Nevertheless, I agree with you that they are really a bit too big. Will be fixed.

Also the external exclude file will be removed in the next update.

And again, a bit more reality in MSFS - thanks for that!
