ok for install ptp file file but after other the explanations for the INI file don't answer anything about me

If you have the steam version of MSFS, the ini file needs to go in this folder
%AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\pmdg-aircraft-738\work\Aircraft
Drop the ini file in this folder for panel configuration.
If you have the MS Store version of MSFS, the ini file needs to go in this folder
%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\pmdg-aircraft-738\work\Aircraft
Hopefully that clears up your confusion and you can remove the 1 star rating.
