One more thing - the PATH to install the INI file is incorrect. With a default MSFS2024 installation the folder location is:-
AppData/Local/Packages/Microsoft.Limitless-8wekyb3d8bbwe/LocalState/WASM/MSFS2024/pmdg-aircraft-738/work
This is for MSFS2024, but I found that the INI file seems to be actually installed anyway, upon installing the livery via the OC3 utility. Video to come.
