Archerfield is a private airstrip on the East coast of Scotland, around 26km east of Edinburgh.

***Note this is a very WIP airstrip. I am using this airfield to become familiar with msfs scenery design and blender modeling so there may be a few bugs that you wouldn't expect in a much more experienced developer. Also some of the hangars may slightly differenciate from real life as this is a mostly private airstrip, so there is not a lot of information about the buildings on-site and google maps seems to show the area quite blurry.

To-do List:

• I plan to enhance the default scenery for Archerfield walled garden
• I plan to search for better and more up-to-date photos of the airfield in order to re-create it more accurately
• I plan to add many more custom models to make the airfield feel more alive and up to a much better standard overall

Info on current development:

I recently got the chance to visit Archerfield Airstrip and although the typical Scottish weather meant for a dreary afternoon, I still managed to get some good photos of the runway and hangar area. This has highlighted some small inaccuracies with certain parts of my scenery that will be fixed in the next update.
