Adds 3D terrain for 186 airports / flightplaces / emergency landing places / helicopter landing areas (:P) in Finland.Made specifically to get realistic 3D runways.

This is raw data, directly from NLS elevation models. Thus it is meant to be used primarily with other additions/modifications that build on this file, as the source data omits human made objets such as bridges over taxiway underpasses. The source data also has errors that propagate from incorrect laser scanning data.List of scenery builders, whose work uses this as a baseline, will appear here, once their work goes online.

Use my other mod "DEM for Finland" and bLindye's "Finland Lake Fix",
if you wish that airport areas blend to the surrounding terrain seamlessly (most of the time).Uses priority 20 to override default airport areas without seaming. So if you want to build something that uses this as a baseline, use at least priority 21 if you do terraforming or additional heightmaps over this one.

-Added coverage for city of Helsinki
-Data aligned to bing maps tiles, better accuracy on extreme elevation variations, less aliasing.
-Only one version, matches bing maps level 14, so ground resolution varies from 5 meters in southern Finland to 4 at northern parts.
-Priority reduced to 20. Cant go much below that, because underlying stock airport areas cause elevation errors to tile seams.
