It is fully compatible with the new helicopter flight dynamics and does not need AirlandFS flight library anymore.
It is also compatible will the over 100 liveries already made for the previous version or R44 !
Please be respectful that this is a free community product, and cannot be compared to payware helicopters for quality and time invested in it, if you find any bug please make a nice post below and we will do our best to fix it in our free time....

About the Robinson R44 Raven II Helicopter
The four-seat Robinson R44 Raven II helicopter is a high performing, reliable machine that is easy to maintain. R44s have a two-bladed rotor system, T-bar cyclic and the latest in Robinson technology including streamlined instrument panels and crashworthy bladder fuel tanks.
The R44's aerodynamic fuselage optimizes airspeed and fuel
economy. Hydraulic controls eliminate feedback forces and provide responsive handling. A low tail-rotor tip speed, newly designed muffler and large cambered tail reduce flyover noise.
Raven II helicopters are powered by Lycoming's IO-540 fuel injected
engine. The IO-540 delivers better altitude performance, increased payload and eliminates the need for carburetor heat.

I'm really enjoying this helli, thanks for making it.
The only problem I'm having is I cant work out how to turn on the GPS, the screen is blank.
What am I missing? where do I click to switch it on?

SOUND PROBLEM. SAME intensity sond of helicopter on 100RP forexample and same sound in max rpm. Will be good fix it please... When I was use helicopter at airland software sound was okay

Can you fix the rotor clutch switch. It should just engage when you close the red cover. In VR its a lot of fiddle with the switch below it.

Not good one thing. Sound of helicopter without changes. If I have full throttle (colective up) or full down helicopter have same sound of engine... Will be good repair it.

Engine sound is the same regardless of collective (throttle) position or blade speed. Please fix. Other than that good heli.

If you fixed those and then added rotor pitch animation for tail rotor when moving anti-torque pedals and for main rotor when moving collective and cyclic, this will be a perfect aircraft. Hopefully you can add/fix these. The flight model itself I love it.

Thank you so much for this amazing model! I don't know if there are some ag pilots here but today I saw that a new payware B206 has a spray kit accesory. I was thinking about it and will be awesome if you guys make something similar to this model. Like the B206, the R44 is used a lot for spraying!

I really love flying this heli. I look forward to its continued develoment.
I noticed one issue. When in drone mode and you fly away from the helicopter, the engine noise stays very loud no matter how far you fly away with the drone. With other aircraft, the engine noise dimishes and eventually goes away as you get farther from the aircraft.

Thanks for the heli! I tried doing autorotations in it and it seems quite off. No matter how low the the throttle or rotor rpm is it still flies normally as if it's at normal speed. Please fix. Also there's no BEEP when low engine rpm. Thanks

I had issues like this but I found my fix. Maybe it will help you. On my controls I had made adjustments to the axis sensitivity in the controls setup area. The solution was to remove all of the sensitivity adjustments. I made each control linear again and now I can finely control the inputs while flying helicopters. It's made the difference for me. Rating so low for what is probably a setup issue on your side is not nice nor fair, just uninstall it if you dont like it or buy payware and feel free to complain there...

There is a known bug that has caused unflyable helis for some users since MSFS added native support. Perhaps this is the cause of your issue? Quick and easy to test anyway: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/new-helicopters-oscillating-wildly/555569/77
