747-8F Atlas Air Qantas Freight. [Salty] - Image 1

    Description

    Atlas Air 747-8F N856GT.

    Delete previous version before installing!!!!

If you do not wish to have the Qantas Freight decals copy the file from the extras folder and paste it in Simobjects\Airplanes\Asobo_747_8i-AAQF\TEXTURE.AAQF

    Supports custom tail numbers!

This is a default 747 with a modifed fuselage to match the freighter variant. The nose door and aft cargo door are just decals and do not function.

    Known issues.
-Rivets/panels do not match default model appearance, I had to modify them to fit the new fuselage and am unable to export them in a way that makes them behave the same as the default.

Any plans to bring this to msfs 24? Tried and it didn't work.

Inboard Spoilers do not deploy. This is not an issue on my end, this is a Livery issue.

I tested on Salty 747 Default Livery and the Inboard Spoiler deploys just fine, vs on both Atlas Air Livery's the Inboard Spoiler Does not Deploy.

Great livery! Do you think you'll end up designing working cargo doors? It would be an epic addition to the 747!😄

He simply creates liveries. A complete overhaul by the designer is needed for this to be accomplished.

can you make one for N862GT, The last Boeing 747 ever built

N862GT is the second to last. N863GT will be the final aircraft. I will likely make that one.

Hello Sir, A big fan of your Liveries and because of you keeping the queen of the skies alive. I am facing a problem with this livery it does something I dont what but when the inner main fuel tanks go empty the 2 and 3 engines automatically go off. I have talked to the salty people after doing several tests I am facing this problem with this Livery. can you check it somehow and maybe you could find some fix.

Hmm. It seems to be behaving the way the default aircraft does. so there must be a fallback missing for salty. I'll look into it.

Hopefully I'll make a tribute video on youtube using this livery when the final 747 rolls off the line. All hail the Queen!
