I downloaded and all I see is the 7z file there are no instructions on how to apply the texture. Can someone give me the instructions?

You need to unzip it. Download 7zip or something like that and right click -> 7zip -> extract to file

Alaska uses LSG skychiefs which is here: https://flightsim.to/file/32589/realistic-services-for-pmdg-737-700, but I can also make a fictional one that says Alaska if you want

This is just the catering truck. There are a few southwest liveries in the PMDG operations center, you can download that here if you haven't already; https://pmdg.com/downloads/
