I've downloaded the file and unzipped it into my community folder but nothing is showing in my PMDG 737-700 liveries. I've re-started my PC but still nothing!

I have figured this out now. It is more complicated than just dropping it into the community folder. There are a series of steps that need to be carried out in the PMDG operations center in order to upload a third party livery.

A livery cannot make aircraft run differently
it's all about your pc and running a 8k livery
Please Review your rating otherwise I Have to report it!

Actually livery textures are supporting scimitar wings, you can change model and aircraft.cfg from BW to SSW and you'll have scimitar wings on the aircraft :)
