These are good starter settings that work well with the open source app OpenTrack for head tracking, e.g. with SmoothTrack or other head tracking mods. They make the head movements a bit more sensitive and also set a sensible smoothing up to keep the tracking less jerky and more smooth.

I am curious how smooth it is when panning?
In X-Plane 11 my head movements are so smooth it is fantastic. In MSFS 2020 even when I have a solid 60FPS I just cannot get the head movement to be as smooth

Hello, I have a trackhat with Open Track, and I can start it, or stop it anytime during a flight,(not only stop but quit it)so it should not be a problem for you. good luck.

I have question about OpenTrack. It's working better than TrackIR software? The TrackIR is so old and sometimes disconnect during the game. Is there option to turn on OpenTrack during the game without turning off hole game?

I've been using OpenTrack for a while now and I didn't have any problems with yet. You can bind a key to the "toggle" option in OpenTrack and that will start/stop it in the middle of the game.

Yeah, I can to this with TrackIR software also. I mean when something happened in the middle of the game and TrackIR disconnected itself I need to reload game to connected again. Can I connect with OpenTrack in the middle of the game without any problem?

Yes, you can connect opentrack at any time with the game open. I've never had any disconnecting issues or any issues for that matter, in any game.
