It is located on Lakes Hood and Spenard, next to Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport

----------------------------------------
It is alpha because water base is in WIP (for taxi network and coast design). Water Parking are not all well placed due to inaccurate default lake coasts.

- CLEARANCE LAKE HOOD CLERANCE 119.400
- DEPARTURE ANCHORAGE 119.100
+ DEM of 5m for PANC and PALH area
nb: If you call for a fuel truck, it will come from International Aviation services at PANC, so be patient.
known bugs :
- MSFS add automaticaly a ground com with the same frequency as tower frequency if an airport have only a tower com.
- MSFS can't deal with airport with hard AND water runway.
* so If you start from a parking spot (hard or dock) or from hard runway, ATC always send you to hard runway
* if you start from water runway start point, ATC, will only know water runways.
Even if i use FS since FSII, It is my very first scenery creation done during my freetime. Be indulgent ;)
All has been done with objects from default MSFS library, i don't have skill (yet !) to make custom building. I will do it in the future.
Any constructive criticism is welcome to make this scenery better.

However if you got the time for this, there may need some minor fixes sich as trees removal and andt the little island in the middle on the lakes that would need some love ;) (a bit glitchy, it looks the same by default) I included some pictures showing how it looks like ;)
Have a nice day!

Unfortunately, i don't own FS2024 (and didn't touch MSFS for 3 years ago, i think i'm totally rusted for scenery creation / modification).

I absolutely love fling in and out of Lake Hood, I usually use the gravel strip (Not float rated), but love watching the float operations there during the summer. You did a wonderful job!

Thank you so much for creating one of my favourite airports. I walked/drove around it one summers evening back in 2017. What a marvelous place - and now I can fly in there myself with FS2020 :-)

It will continue to evolve along with my skills.
You are lucky, i would love to see Lake Hood a day. I'm living in France, but i'm in love with this place.
