    YBAF (Archerfield)
    Major regional airport in Brisbane, Queensland.  

    Due to time constraints (and lack of technical ability) if anyone interested in taking this further, pelase let me know and I'll provide the fiels I have.


    Contains
    - POI - TV Towers, Ipswich Railyards, Centenary Bridge, Target, Park Ridge
    - Corrected taxi and parking gables to correct colours and groupings
    - TV towers with approximate height, colour, lighting (work in progress)
    - Boundary Fence (incomplete)
    - Fuel Depot
    - Approach Points - Park Ridge (approximate) Water Tower
    - Control Tower

    Fixed
    - Vegetation reduction part way along 04/22 on western side

    FUTURE RELEASE GOALS
     - Model of main terminal  building
    - Fix taxiway names to match real-life
    - model of park ridge water tower + photogrammetry of railyards for Gatton approach point.
    - photogrammetry the rest of the aerodrome
    - light wind socks and change to Australian standard (white rather than red/white)

    I think 4-22L/R are supposed to be grass with paved thresholds, looks like you made them full asphalt? Will check it out though!

    That's Microsoft. I didn't change the runways. They should be grass. 04R is marked as a disused runway in MSFS but can still be requested in ATC.
    The taxiway lights in the middle of the taxiway are also an MSFS problem and I don't know how to resolve that either.

    I used to fly out of there a lot. It's still one of my favourites.
    I wouldn't mind a closer look at the hangers at the western end and the fuel depot. Plus, I think the parking bays have some signs on the parking gables (i.e., 28R run-up bay) I wouldn't mind a look at that. I'd want to see if I can add them in somehow.

    pretty good effort I must say, will you be adding a target symbol on the roof of target or are you going to put a new building there, would also be great to place a bunnings near the airport. I am going to have a crack at this but very complicated, do you fly out of Archerfield IRL

    Both are something I'm keen on, I just haven't worked out how yet.

    Do you think I ought to use the actual aerial imagery for target or just put a giant target on the roof?

    I'd like a proper terminal building as it is iconic.

    Corrected taxi markers and parking gables - thanks to https://flightsim.to/profile/Hoynedawg Added POI (TV Towers, Centenary Bridge, Gatton/Ipswich Rail yards) Added TV Towers with beacons (approximate only a work in progress Due to the draw distance, you'll need to fly "close" to the TV towers before they are loaded, but after that, due to the rolling cache, you should see them each time in the future. They are only approximate as I couldn't get the right shape or beacons.
