A Fictional repaint of a Qantas DC-6B.
Qantas once had DC-4's in their fleet, but not the DC-6. With a lack of DC-4, I made a DC-6 repaint.
To Install...
Open the PMDG Operations center, go to the liveries tab, then livery utilities and in the bottom left corner there is a button to "install from .ptp"
For updates on my repaints and what I have in the works, check my socials which can be found in my profile
Under no circumstance may anyone download this file with the intent to edit, modify or otherwise reference with intent to upload a new repaint and claim it as their own work. I do no give pemission for any texture, part or asset in my liveries to be used in the creation of other liveries.

Nice livery but I have an issue when I zoom out in external mode, the fuselage and wings of the plane vanish, same goes for ground equipment when enabled. So far I have found 2 liveries that are causing this same issue including this one.

No idea what is causing that. haven't had the same issue with any livery.

Thank you, been messing with my settings and I found the culprit, if I drop my objects level of detail below 70 the problem arises. I don't have a powerful PC so mine was set to 50. It still only happens on 2 liveries and this plane only and I've been running these settings from the start. Not blaming you, definitely my old hw that's the problem here, I guess there is some detail in place here that just doesn't play nice with low settings.

I cant seem to get the install from PTP to work in my operations center. I even tried running as admin, clicking the button does nothing. Do I have to put the file in a specific place after downloading? All the default liveries fail with some CAB error also, so was looking for a manual way. Love your livery, it looks amazing

is this only happening with this .ptp or any that you have downloaded?
I would go and submit a ticket to pmdg, because I haven't heard anyone else having that issue.

Well i cant get any livery installed through their operations center. I do have a ticket in and sounds like its related to a path error on windows versions that were moved to another drive after initial installation of MSFS 2020. The paths are really long in my opinion and I've had file length errors from some, not all 3rd party aircraft in the past too. I think they are working on a fix. Curious if I could install your livery manually or does it need to be installed via Operations Center?

Very nice!! Would LOVE to see a Buffalo Airways livery on this baby. Can that be done? (Based off their DC-4)
