    This is a mod to enhance the Local Legend V: Beechcraft Model 18. The objective of this mod is to provide a more realistic experience of this fantastic aircraft.  The main aspects that are already implemented in this mod are: -Persistent engine wear with the ability to view and reset it in the cockpit -New flight model with both air and ground handling. -Aircraft performance tuned to much more realistic numbers -Underthehood engine code with damage and wear associated. -New systems modeled like oil shutters, oil bypass, cabin heat, etc.

    Die HB-IRA war die erste Douglas-Fokker DC-3 der Swissair. Der Flieger wurde am 10. Juni 1937 in Betrieb genommen. Sie verrichtete ihre Flugdienste bei Swissair bis zum 30. März 1955.  Nach ihrem Verkauf im Mai 1955 wurde sie von Fleetwing Inc mit der Kennung N2815D in die USA überflogen. Ozark Airlines übernahm die Maschine am 25. Mai 1955 mit der Kennung N141D.  Im Oktober 1966 wurde der Flugbetrieb mit dieser DC-3 eingestellt. Quelle: http://swissair00.ch/a_Index/home.html The HB-IRA was Swissair's first Douglas-Fokker DC-3. The plane was commissioned on June 10, 1937. She performed her flight duties with Swissair until March 30, 1955.  After her sale in May 1955, she was flown over to the USA by Fleetwing Inc with the registration N2815D. Ozark Airlines took over the machine on May 25, 1955 with the identification N141D.  Flight operations with this DC-3 were discontinued in October 1966.     Douglas DC-3 - American Airlines Flagship

    The SN 1920 was ordered in 1937 and is a "pure DC3" survivor since it was on civil service throughout WW2. It was in service with American Airlines until 1947, distictively being a plane that Eleanor Roosevelt flew in many occasions (she would pick the seat in front of the door, to be the last to board and the first to leave). It also depicted many pictures and artwork of the time since its relatives were serving in the war. In 2004 it was located in Virginia serving as a spray plane. The work to bring her to the original glory took 18 months, and now she is the oldest original DC3 still flying, and is kept in mint condition by the Flagship Detroit Foundation.
