This section collects freeware medical helipad and hospital scenery add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024, created by community developers from around the world. Medical helipads are a particularly active niche within the MSFS scenery community, driven largely by the popularity of helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) operations and add-ons such as the HPG Airbus H145 Action Pack missions. Community creators have recreated hundreds of real-world hospital landing sites — from German ADAC and DRF Luftrettung air rescue stations to American trauma centres, British air ambulance bases, and clinics across Scandinavia and beyond — typically featuring accurate placement, custom 3D buildings, night lighting, windsocks, and dedicated starting positions. Whether you are flying scripted rescue missions or simply exploring realistic hospital approaches, this category brings an essential layer of authenticity to medical helicopter operations in MSFS. All add-ons in this section are free to download.
