    Same problem here, correct 2020 download and files but no thumbnails in menu.

    I've has a similar issue to "desparoto" below, where I could not see the thumbnail for the aircraft in MSFS20 but the aircraft loaded fine. It would appear that your thumbnails under MSFS20 are incorrect.

    And, yes, I have downloaded the MSFS2020 version.

    Can you please revise?. Thank you.

    No crashes, but there are no thumbnails for this texture in the menu. and in game it shows up all white

    You downloaded the correct version for your sim? There's a 2024 and 2020 version

    Wait I took a 2nd look and think i figured it out. All the texture files in the package were KTX2 files instead of the normal PNG. I redownloaded and made sure to select the 2020 one and all the textures in it are DDS. So I may have accidentally selected the 2024 version. My bad.

    I haven't checked in game yet but I bet it will work now

    Multiple people are using it without any crashes. Did you download the correct paint for your sim version? There's one download for 2020 and one for 2024.

    Yes because it did not show up in the paint selection and I downloaded the 2020 version
