Sichuan Airlines Co., Ltd., referred to as Sichuan Airlines, was established on September 19, 1986. It is headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, and officially launched operations on July 14, 1988. Sichuan Airlines has the largest all-Airbus fleet in mainland China. It is the first airline in mainland China to introduce the Airbus A320 and the first batch of airlines in mainland China to receive the Airbus A350.
