I just looked at MSFS 2024. The times are correct for California in my end. UTC-7 during March - early November. UTC-8 every other time. However, Asobo messed up with the days of the week in one of the updates as shown here, meaning DST updates a few days later than it should: https://devsupport.flightsimulator.com/t/day-of-the-week-question/16933/5

I'm not sure if you're the right person to ask about this. I downloaded your tool, unzipped it, and moved it to the Community folder (just like everything else). Then I flew to Cyprus yesterday (LCLK), and they're +1 hour behind Germany (UTC +2), but even so, the time in Cyprus was +2 hours ahead of German time. Is the data for Cyprus still missing from your tool?
Best regards,
Matthias

The time zone fixer actually does cover Cyprus and is UTC+3 during the summer, and UTC+2 during the winter. However, Asobo messed up what they consider daylight savings because they messed around the days of the week in one of the updates, making DST start a few days later than it should. I did raise an issue about this with them but they never fixed it: https://devsupport.flightsimulator.com/t/day-of-the-week-question/16933/5
