    Description

    Nuuk Airport (Greenlandic: Mittarfik Nuuk), also called Nuuk International Airport (IATA: GOH, ICAO: BGGH), is the airport of the capital of Greenland, Nuuk, Denmark. The airport is home to Greenland's flag carrier, Air Greenland. Its runway is oriented 22-04 and is 2,200 metres long. It is at an altitude of 283 feet. This airport, like all Greenland airports, is run by Mittarfeqarfiit, the airport authority of Greenland. In 2008 it served 63,575 passengers. With a connection to Keflavik with Air Iceland and Air Greenland (this route was inaugurated with the purchase of the new Dash 8 Q100, to replace the old Dash 7) it is one of the six international Greenlandic airports.

    hi I've istalled it, extracted it and put into the community folder but it doesn't show up ..... any ideas why?

    The creator has put in a tremendous amount of work to bring this freeware up to a payware level.

    The only small issue as of now, is the ILS system (especially on rwy 22). It needs a little more work as the glideslope currently is not functioning. Let hope it can be fixed in any future updates.

    Other than that, fantastic work bringing this isolated location to life in FS.

    Hi, thanks for creating this excellent scenery! I’m unfortunately encountering issues with selecting approaches in default aircraft. For example, the default 737 Max does not show any precision approaches. Is this known?

    One of the best freeware airports just got even better, now that it got Update 5.0!! :D
    In my personal opinion, it now seems to be pretty much on par, with the payware options which have been released.

    This add-on features a new runway at Nuuk Airport, extending to 2,200 meters to accommodate larger aircraft such as the Airbus A330neo. It includes a redesigned terminal building, a new apron with four parking spots, and added fencing and lighting for enhanced realism. Additionally, the mod removes non-native trees from the Nuuk area to reflect Greenlands natural landscape. This initial version is set for future improvements.
