    Description

    Icelandair livery collection for the iFly 737 MAX 8 (SP1).

    LIVERY INSTALLATION – 2020/2024
    • 1. Extract the .zip
    • 2. Select the "ifly-aircraft-737max8-XXX-XXXXX" livery you'd like to install and drag and drop into your community folder
    To Install Configurations:
    • 1. Load the iFly Manager.
    • 2. Click on “Manage Product.”
    • 3. Under the “Manage Product” page that appears, click on “Data Folder.” This will redirect you to

      the work folder we need to access.

    • 4. Hit “Yes” when the Data Folder Access warning appears. We won’t be modifying anything important, just telling the addon to use these configurations.
    • 5. A file explorer window will open. Click on the “work” folder that should be at the top.
    • 6. Drag and drop the .ini file (e.g., “iFly 737-MAX8 Icelandair TF-XXX (166Seats).ini”) file into this folder.
    To Install iPad/EFB Background:
    • 1. Extract the .zip
    • 2. Drag and drop the "wallpaper_ICE.png" file into "...\Community\ifly-aircraft-737max8\Data\Tool\EFB\wallpaper"

    Notice: This livery is the same version available through the iFly Manager. However, updates may be released here sooner than they appear in the iFly Manager, as manager updates must go through an additional review and distribution process. This package also includes optional downloads such as a matching EFB background and configuration files for users who prefer them.

    Ensure you're installing them correctly. Half of the screenshots in this post were taken mere minutes before uploading in FS2024.

    Hi. Could you fix this defect on this livery? Airplane developers have already fixed this bug in textures and it doesn't appear on new livery. But all livery that were made before the update still have this defect.

    Hi there. You're going to have to be more specific. I don't have any textures modifying that, and there shouldn't be any new textures or conflicts with the latest iFly updates and what I have.

    Superb livery however it seems like the iceland flag has been mirrored on the right side of the fuselage. I just wanted to mention this but otherwise a stunning livery. Thanks for your contributions :)

    Hi there. What I have is correct, I'm afraid you're mistaken. This is standard for most countries' flag code. Having it "backwards" on the right side ensures that it's still flying forward: https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/11466598

    Try extracting using software such as 7-Zip or Winrar. People seem to be having issues like this with the iFly, and those platforms seem to do a better job at ensuring everything copies over fully without issues. Do apologize.

    Quick question, is, for example, your version of TF-ICY on FSTO, exactly the same as your version in iFly Manager?

    Hi there! They're the same. Only difference is my FS.to versions get updated/uploaded faster than the iFly manager liveries.

    Thought maybe those on iFly Manager might be 'more basic' ... i.e. without custom cabin ... but, thanks for clarifying
