EDEN Bad Hersfeld Johannesberg, EDKJ Langenberg (Hattenbach) and surrounding for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020
The airfield EDEN - Bad Hersfeld is located on the Johannesberg (N50°50'41" E09°42'26" GPS elevation 932ft (284m)). It has a runway with a slope of 3.15%. Further information and approach charts can be found here: https://mfc-badhersfeld.de/flugplatz
Besides the naming airfield EDEN, since v1.2.0 the airfield EDKJ Langenberg (Hattenbach) is available. Further information can be found here: https://flugplatz-langenberg.de/
Since v1.3.1 the heliport of the Hospital Bad Hersfeld (Klinikum Bad Hersfeld) is implemented. Search in the airport field for "Klinikum Bad Hersfeld" with the ICAO ZZZZ.
Installation
Download the latest release and unzip the downloaded file.
If no addon manager is installed, copy the folder "cjscenery-scenery-eden-bad-hersfeld-rotenburg" into the community folder under the FS2020 packages folder. The folder is located under:
- Microsoft Store Edition: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_\LocalCache\Packages\Community
- Steam Edition: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community
- Boxed Edition: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Local\MSFSPackages\Community
- Or in the Community folder under Options > General > Data > Rolling Cache Path set location.

Just search for "EDEN", "Bad Hersfeld", "EDKJ" or "Langenberg" in the main menu...off we go!

The handcrafted scenery covers the airfield EDEN Bad Hersfeld Johannesberg and EDKJ Langenberg (Hattenbach) including objects in the surrounding Bad Hersfeld-Rotenburg. Both airfields have sloped runways, perfect for some VFR challenges. A lot of point-of-interests have been created and placed in the scenery.

Great work! There is only one problem with the solar panels, they interfere with the global solar panel mod. Would it be possible to position exclusion Rectangles?
I asked the dev from the ''Powerlines and Solar Farms'' mod and this was their response:
''the idea beyond global mods (like this and the Puffin We love VFR to name the famous one)
is other devs can exclude others works,
the Airport is certaily much more detailed and precise than mine generic placement, the airport developer should put a exclusionRectangle under his panels, so with a correct order in the content.xml both sceneries can live side by side''
