    Description

    This mod was designed to enhance apron lights and parking spots for AI traffic at Gaya Simulations LOWW Vienna International Airport.

    Gaya Simulations has done a fantastic job at recreating Vienna International Airport for MSFS. It´s a must buy scenery!

    Unfortunately, this scenery has some drawbacks:

    - No AI parking codes assignment;
    - Parking radius not large enough for AI wide bodies;
    - Overlapping parking radius that do not allow AI aircraft to park side by side;
    - Dark aprons at night;

    After hours and hours tracking real planes at Vienna Airport with FlightRadar24.com, it was possible to determine with accuracy the exact location where each aircraft type / airline park.  


    Features:

    • AI parking coding for all gates and ramps;
    • Appropiate parking radius for wide bodies;
    • No overlapping parking radius allowing AI aircraft to park side by side;
    • New cargo parking spots;
    • New GA parking spots added near VAH hangars;
    • New appron lights with correct color temperature;
    • Works fine with FSLTL and AIG Traffic injectors;
    • No modifications or replacements of original scenery files


    Installation:

    Copy the folder inside ZIP file into your community folder.


    Notes:

    This is not an official patch from GAYA Simulations. Therefore, there is no support from GAYA for issues involving this mod.
    None of the original scenery files / models will be modified or replaced by this mod.
    This mod does not add static aircraft.

    you upload this file under fs2020 and not fs2024, I have same problem airport just gras and only painted on it

    Despite it is designed for FS2020, it does work with FS2024 too. Please confirm that your Gaya scenery is installed properly. Do you have the Marketplace version?

    Sadly I am experiencing issues, which make the whole airport just gras and only painted on it.
    This makes taxing very hard due to the resistant of the gras. Also every Jetway got removed, I think it would be a great scenery if these glitches would be fixed.

    Hi! Thanks for your comment! Something has certainly been installed incorrectly. This mod even works with FS2024 without any problems. Could you take a screenshot of your folder structure in the community folder? Maybe I can help you. I'm sure you'll really enjoy it!

    I have Lauda and Ryanair standing at the F gates. At T2 at the G31 to G42 Gates there are only Austrian. and the strange thing is that it always worked before.

    Are you talking about FS2020 or F2024? Remember that FS2024 traffic system does not read airline codes yet. If you are talking about FS2020, which traffic injector are you using? BATC, FSLTL or AIGTC?

    Hi there,
    nice idea with the addon, I just downloaded it but sadly there are some problems.
    First of all there are a few Foxtrot Gates missing:
    F13 (heavy), F21, F27, F31, F32, F37
    You also got F26 and G26 which is not wrong but if you add G26 you are missing G16.
    Further on, F36 does not exist. There is G36 so again not a big problem but just somthing to note.

    Espacially if you fly Austrian these Foxtrot gates are mandatory.

    Please tell me if I did something wrong with the installation but as far as I know I did everything right.

    A fix would be very nice!

    Hi Clemi!
    Some F gates are missing in order to avoid overlaping parking spots, which could compromise AI traffic behaviour. However, after a few simupdates, it does not cause issues anymore. I´m planning to update this mod soon, just waiting for BeyondATC AI traffic injection to be released.

    No problem at all. As I only fly Vatsim so without AI Traffic such issues doesn't matter to me. I already created my own scenery update with all gates available and I have my own working GSX profile so I am good. Still great work from your side.

    Amazing work. That looks fantastic! Are you able to brighten the lights at GCRR too by Justsim? I had seen a livestream of a CCTV camera of GCRR and compared the lights with MSFS. In MSFS they're very dark compared to real life. That would be amazing and much appreciated!

    Thanks a lot for that Pack. Are you planning on doing further Updates? For me personally the F Gates with an uneven Number especially F17 and ongoing are not working with GSX and FSHUD as the parking spot seems to be to far in the back
