    Have the same issue with grey & white textures with some grass popping through

    Did a flight in the Hawk around the area and the papi was welcome on the approach, I'd just been vnav style back to land but I do sometimes put the cloud thick and down to 200ft and fly the Lancaster around the area. I live just 25 mins drive away from Church Fenton. The containers make it stand it when your in the area , there was very little on the closed runway when I was there in June. Nice scenary and a great addon.

    I few the Jet Provost in June 2025, will be interesting to see this scenery in use, I added an NDB a few months back mainly for use with the Lancaster, hopefully will work OK with your scenery.
    Is it possible for you to make the yellow box at the jet fuel tank much bigger as we could taxi the JP in the yellow box with loads of room spare

    I know you have marked this as not compatible with MSFS2024 but as that's all I use these days I thought I'd give it a try. It seems to work great except for a patch of grass next to the fuel tank that is showing up as a grey and white checkerboard. All other textures seem fine it is just this grass space. Is this a known problem and will you be making this great scenery compatible with MSFS2024 in the future?

    Having some trouble with installing the files as it's not showing up in FS2020. Although the files are in community files

    Awesome work... The quality of this scenery is right up there with the payware guys... The modeling of the buildings are spectacular... can't wait to try out your other sceneries... will stream the Comanche later today, with this scenery being the start of the journey... will of course credit you in the stream...

    Excellent work. The RAF hangars are perfect. I distinctly remember Church Fenton when I served in the RAF. One minor point; is there any chance of increasing the parking spots? Otherwise, it is perfect.

    Excellent work! I'm over the moon!

    Some suggestions:
    1. Model the hangar and VCR interiors (even if very crudely) and make the glass semi-reflective and semi-transparent.
    2. Make the textures on the main pan less specular (more rough/diffuse) and less repetitive.

    Also, separate to the above, it would be amazing to see a retro/classic version of the above, as RAF Church Fenton with 7 FTS in residence with static Jet Provost T3 (perhaps even some in the hangars being maintained).

    absolutely INCREDIBLE scenery!! the buildings are extremely accurately modeled and true to life with incredible textures.

    i used flightsim.to's scenery request feature to request this scenery, in which Vortex_SD accepted AND completed extremely fast with incredible. Vortex have been incredibly friendly and interactive through their Discord server during this sceneries development!

    Hello Vortex_SD,
    Good scenery with just the right timing for Flying Legends 2023!
    For once, I have some concerns with your scenery:
    According to UK AIP, the western part of parking area and associated taxiway are disused...
    Are you aware of it?

    hiya! i see where the confusion is, but the taxiway that joins the end of runway 06 is perfectly in use in the real world! the AIP has shown that taxiway to be closed for a fair amount of time, yet myself and other pilots i know who fly from Leeds East have no issues departing from there at all in the real world :D

    Hello, thank you for your message.

    I believe that taxiway is still fully operational.
    Once (and if) it closes for good, I will update the scenery to show this.
