It is available in the Marketplace Store in game, although I can't recommend paying for it. I have it, so I make liveries for it. But it's MSCENERY, and I can't in good conscience recommend anyone spend any of their hard-earned money on MSCENERY, Captain Scam, or BROKED3D Products, they simply aren't worth it.
But to each their own, and those that HAVE bought it, deserve to have extra liveries :) It is your money and your choice.
