This is Normal Checklist for Airbus H145 helicopter. It contains all stages from startup to shutdown, both VFR and IFR flights. It is based on the IRL helicopter handbook checklist.

The Checklist works best if you print it on a paper, fold it in half and cover with plastic film. Or just use it as a pdf-document on your tablet while flying. 

I work as a IRL HEMS helicopter pilot in Finnish FinnHEMS company. My home base FH51 is located in Rovaniemi airport (EFRO). This checklist is quite similar to the real one that we use, but custom made from the scratch to be better suitable for sim pilots without aviation knowledge.
