    FS2Crew PMDG737 SOP1 Guide - Image 1

    Description

This document is a guide with all the steps for a flight using FS2Crew SOP1 for the PMDG 737. It is based on material mainly taken from the FS2Crew user manual. It has been condensed to include only the required actions, with flows and checklists highlighted. The final page is only checklists. It includes procedures I've picked up from A330Driver's great Youtube channel. It also includes CDU guides and other tweaks from Ken Pascoe's 737 Flow and Procedures Guide (https://www.infinidim.org/) and Youtube channel (Infinidim Training Videos). The guide has lots of in-depth info on all phases of flight for a 737, including technique, which this guide doesn't cover.

I like that it condenses the SOP flow and highlights the required actions instead of just dumping raw checklist items. The timing structure (+24 min, +23 min, etc.) also makes it easier to follow during preflight. Seems like a solid reference for improving cockpit workflow.

I bought FS2Crew, but have yet start using it. This looks a nice extra documentation to support the use of it! Thanks! Also nice touch checklist before even using the sim!

Night lights cleanup - New Zealand North Island

This add-on modifies the night lighting in New Zealands North Island by removing street and residential lights from rural roads and state highways outside urban areas. It aims to enhance realism during lower altitude flights and approaches by maintaining a few strategically placed lights for interest while efficiently reducing unnecessary illumination. Users may note that distant lights remain due to the limitations in mod application around the aircraft.
