Implementation of LFOA - Avord in MSFS.
MSFS lacks this airport completely and only limited sources are available, since it's a high security military airport. The current implementation is based on public OSM-, satellite- and AIP data. This is in no-way a 1:1 representation of the real thing, mere an approximation.
Important for Navigraph subscribers:
Because of MSFS doesn't natively implements this airport, Navigraph renders a substitute runway for your convenience. However, this conflicts with this scenery. To hide the Navigraph runway, you must use MSFS the built-in package re-order tool and place this airport under the navigraph-navdata-base package as shown in the screenshots.

Due to its exposed location and the surrounding different mountain formations, which offer challenging flight conditions, the site is often used for test purposes by helicopter manufacturers. Another special feature is the weight allowance of the helipad, which is limited to 11,000kg.

Would you mind making the version 1.2 available for download as well? The newest version doesn't work with 2020.

is version 1.3 only for MSFS 2024 ? I installed it within my MSFS 2020 but couldn't select neither LFOA nor Avord as take-off position. Nothing is shown.
With version 1.2 everything works fine within the MSFS 2020.

Would it be possible for you to convert this scenery to MSFS2024? Many pilots of my VSO have switched.
I have it installed in MSFS2024 and there is grass everywhere and additional buildings. The grass cannot be removed with SDK vegetation...

Congratulations Pieter for this well documented and well developed version of LFOA. This is the most accurate scenery for this military airfield and I strongly recommend it.
