    Description

    Fjällbacka airfield is a small grasstrip close to the coast in western Sweden. It is the perfekt starting point for a truly scenic flight along the coast and why not land at my other handcrafted airport ESGU. I had to rebuild almost all the buildings in the small village because they were really ugly in msfs. So download and fire up the engine. Roll out on the grass strip and take of to the west, cross the golfcourse and follow the coastline south. Twenty minutes later you can land on ESGU where the grass strip splits a golf course in two.

    Very Nice scenery! Myself, just a beginner at sceneries. started to work on ESSI (Visingsö) and trying to find the cones and gate you are using (or similar). Do you know where it is possible to find thoose? also looking for a Volvo tractor. :-)

    Steep learning curve on Blender or is it relativly easy?

    Can be steep but there are thousands of good tutorials on YouTube. And to build simple models for sceneries you dont need to be an expert. Start modelling and texturing, It´s a lot of fun.

    Looks very nice, just as all your other sceneries.
    I am working on Sundbro now but I have some troubles. For some reason the default windsock ignores the custom height parameter, I can't set it higher. Do you know a solution? Also, do you happen to have a Swedish flag model to be used in sceneries? :) Could not figure out how to change the texture of the default animated flag (which is also bugged, since it's not moving with the wind...)

    I use the simobjects windsock. It can be placed on different height if you untick snap to ground. Make sure the default rotation is set to 0. Dont know if they fixed that yet. No flag in my toolbox, sorry.

    Your sceneries are all top level. I am very impressed, its a lot more than a few AI planes at an airport and a stock hangar that looks ok. Your scenery has custom buildings, AI traffic flows that work, proper apron and surroundings, and thoughtful and realistic night lights... which are all signs of a high quality airport. You make high quality airports!

    I am enjoying my tour of the west coast of Sweden very much, and look forward to what you come up with next! Thank you
