MYBS South Bimini, Updated, Removed grass in walkways for version 12 update, added turnaroud apron RWY 10, as seen in new Sat photos.
This is my first Scenery project in quite some time, years ago I develop for FS2004 and FSX.
It was a fun project to work on and I hope you enjoy!
Terminal building has been added, rotating beacon, custom windsock, animated flag, aircon, and terminal passenger doors open when boarding passengers using GSX.
Runway has been lengthend. Its hard to tell this airport has been going thru alot of changes Since 2017. Still there is not acurate info available. But youtube videos show they have lengthed the runway. as more details and sat images are updated I'll update the scenery. Curently, Silverwings and Western Aiir serve the airport with commercial flights, out of MYNN and KFLL. flying AT4 and ER145's.
INSTALLATION: unzip the file mybs.zip, Drop the MYBS folder in your Community Folder.
All custom objects and artwork created by Munchbros, scenery file uses Asobo firetruck and Asobo general aviation aircaft parked (2)

Version History
Compatible with version 12, Fixed grass coming thru building floor and walkways, added new turn around apron on Rwy 10 end. Will adjust night lighting in next verion. 12 update seems to have made lights a little brighter than previous settings.

Can you describe which tree? Is it close to the terminal like one of the palm trees?
upon updating to Sim Update 13, please install a fresh version of the scenery, and overwrite the scenery in your community folder.
personally, for me, the two palm trees in front of the building are textured, however maybe a file was corrupted once you updated to SU13.
I use REX Accuseason for my trees and haven’t come across any issues.

I like that you worked on the interior and the glass doors/windows so it shows real from the outside at day and night.
