Hi, nice livery, i seem to be getting 2 white stripes just outboard of the engines running back down the wings, is that by design?

Not really sure as its been some time this one was looked at last. But I'm sure there is some insane reason in being that way.

Looking for a livery accurate (reasonably) for tracing WWII flights to and from Kunming and Chubai.

This is going though a face Lift at the moment. I couldn't find any accuate references to the paint Scheme itself that I could use. So I've had to guess and go with what looks good. What I'm working on is the visuals rather than accuracy. Something that looks good and is aesthetically pleasing.
