    Lights disappear when viewed from the side (i.e. on downwind).
    This makes circling approaches very difficult!!

    Hi, i just think its like in real life. Its microsoft flight simulator there have maked the lights. The lights lights only one way, then its not possible to see it from the site :)

    Oh yes, you're right, the lights behave that way by default, that is very stupid and not quite like real life!!
