Simply download the provided cameras.cfg file and put it into:
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplanes\fnx320
Fenix A320 Custom Camera Views
This camera CFG provides a wide variety of custom camera views for the Fenix Simulations A320 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The CFG contains 10 different vievs scattered around the plane. 5 in the cockpit and 5 in the cabin. If you wish you can of course change the views yourself to your liking!

These are not .cfg files but .rar files. What gives? Same why on the PMDG 700.

Open the .rar, you have the .cfg on it.
