Improvements:
- Added missing apron 1 and parking spots
- Added ongoing construction work on apron 2
- Added displaced threshold at both ends of the runway
- Added night lighting

This enhancement is not tested with default ATC nor is it made for the aesthetics. Effort went mostly into the airport layout with online flying in mind.
