I'm getting several data errors when trying to unzip the main file.

What program are you using to unzip? I've just tested both and they are fine. It may have been a corrupt download so best to re-download and try again.

Awesome. I use all of your JST liveries. I can not have the correct REG and Selcal plate on dashboard.

This is a known bug that Fenix will fix in a future update. Once that is released it should switch automatically.

Those are from LatinVFR's AREX add-on. They have different regions available which spawns accurate branded ground vehicles for that region.
