Download the livery and unrar the PTP file to desktop
Inside the OC, click Aircrafts and Liveries > Livery Utilities in the menu
In the bottom left corner, click on "Install from PTP file"
Navigate to the file you just downloaded
Let it process the file until it tells you it's finished
The 461st Air Control Wing is a joint Air Force/Army unit flying the E-8 J-STARS aircraft. The wing is assigned to Air Combat Command's Ninth Air Force, and is stationed at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. It was activated on 1 October 2011.
My livery is based on a fictional 737-700 airframe that is a possible Upgrade for the fleet.
