    Description

    This is a Livery for the Asobo Cessna Citation Longitude (C700) aircraft included in the premium package.

    The main body has a gradient starting with dark gray (#282828 ■) at the nose and transitioning to black by mid plane. The tail of the plane features diagonal dark gray (#282828 ■) lines, these lines start further apart and get progressively closer together as they get closer to the tail. All painted surfaces of the plane are semi-matte.

     

    Inspiration
    This livery was heavily inspired by 2 real world aircraft, D-CGRK which inspired the tail stripes, and N10SL which inspired the gray to black gradient and the matte look. Seen here together.

     

    Installation
    1. Download the latest release package
    2. Extract the zip to the Packages\Community\ directory

    I absolutely love this livery and thank you for creating it. However, I cannot get it to work in 2024. Do you have any plans to update it in 2024 or know if there is a simple task to get it to work properly? Thank you so much!

    It looks like the file is corrupt Jeff, see below when trying to unzip (7Zip btw).

    I have heard this a couple of times but I have no idea what it could be, I've downloaded the file on multiple systems and it unzips fine. I used 7Zip to pack it so you shouldn't have an issue, unless you have something interfering, or maybe if you have an old 7Zip version.

    when i install it and then fly it it just comes out as pink checker livery and no cockpit. I've tried redownloading and other things, can you help?

    nah mate i went to your github as well, same story. It can not read the files when copying into the community folder, incorrect reparse stream for manifest, documents/license and documents/readme

    I had the exact same issue with NanaZip, but with the built in "unzipper" in Windows I was able to extract it. NanaZip complains about "Incorrect reparse stream" for LICENSE, README.md and manifest.json. Very strange. Nice livery though :-)

    This is an awesome livery! I have one question: would it be possible to add the tail number in the same colour as the pin stripes on the engine cover? As of now, I don't have any tail number showing :)

    The tail number not showing is a bug in the current release of the sim (AAU1), it has been acknowledged by the devs. As for your question, changing the colour of the tail number is pretty easy, it's just a hex code in the panel.cfg file, but repositioning it from the tail to the engines would be more difficult, I've never looked into if that is possible or how hard it would be, it think it would require editing the model. Of course you could always "bake" it into the texture, but that's not something I'm willing to do.
