    Description

    Rana airport
    LKRA
    This airport is located in northern Bohemia. It is especially popular with sailors and especially the adjacent hill is famous for the perfect place for paragliding.
    The airport has two grass runways and extensive facilities for pilots. There is also a small campsite.
    At the airport, you will again find buildings modeled by me, which again correspond to reality.

    Good job. So far, probably the most successful of your airports I've visited, yet. It fits beautifully into the surrounding landscape. Great job.

    Hello and thank you, I would like to build the Most. As for what I need, photos of all the buildings in the highest possible quality and ideally every building from classy and from all sides.

    Would you need some help with photo shooting? I also have a drone, though I am not sure if I will be able to agree with everybody about it. Or you always have to be there to see what you making photos of?

    As for the photos, I need as many prime photos from the ground as possible. The drone is only suitable if you need an inscription on stress that cannot be found :-)

    Unfortunately like many areas in Czech there is a lot of weird performance issues in this area.

    Oh, those micro-freezes! So it's not just me! I have it around Prague as well. I didn't know it's about the area you are flying. I just noticed that sometimes it happens frequently, and sometimes I have no freezes at all. So that's it's location related! Thank you for posting here. I missed it on the forum.

    No problem. Yes Czech Republic got many of these "buggy" areas. A real annoying issue and suggest to go open ticket on Zendesk.

    My experience is that games in VR run better than classic ones (for example X-Plane)

    According to the forum post, Roi1862 mentioned, it started to happen after a particular update, which gives us hope that it can be identified and fixed before the VR is out. In X-Plane, I have about 30 FPS in VR, and I got used to it (of course, it's less comfortable than Aerofly in VR but is okay to fly). . Therefore, I don't see a problem with Asobo going live with VR soon (within the next six months). Freezes, however, could cause seeing my lunch returning from the stomach.

    Another good scenery, thanks! I remember being there. Half-naked tower guy was broadcasting right from the runway with a handheld radio and using the Czech alphabet, like "...Rudolf-Urban..", instead of "...Romeo-Uniform.." we are used to. I like it there :)

    Thank you. It's definitely an interesting airport, I was there two days ago just for the photo shoot. I have it about 20 minutes by car :-)
