    Description

    This is my Lufthansa repaint for the Redwing Simulations L1049 Super Constellation.
    Just unzip the file into your community folder and go flying!
    (Version 1.2)

    ! IMPORTANT !
    If you have downloaded version 1.0 of this repaint and want to update:
    Please completely remove the "redwing-l1049-LH-D-ALEM-HeWi" folder from your Community folder or you WILL end up with two livery entries within MSFS and might experience CTDs.

    If this is the first time you are downloading this repaint or want to update from version 1.1 or higher, just unzip the file into the MSFS Community folder, replace files if prompted and you are good to go.

    Fixes in 1.2:
    - Fixed inverted Tiptank texture (You will need v1.7 of the redwing Connie)

    Fixes in v1.1:
    - New prop textures
    - Fixed the registration decal inside cockpit
    - Fixed black gear bay textures
    - Added Tail COMP file (Metallic textures)
    - Modified Aircraft.cfg
    - Changed the registration

    Could this livery be changed to the other nosetype? The real aircraft registration had the more rounded nose rather than the longnose

    Any chance you could change the nose to Air France one? D-ALID as far as the pictures on the net tell me had the older nose type.

    Nice plane...indeed! However, I do not see any wing tip tanks. What do I have to do in order to see (enable) the wing tanks? I installed L-1049 v 1.7.

    Hi, take a look on the clipboard. Select "Load" at the bottom and then click on Wing Tip Tanks".

    Thank you for this nice livery. But the registrations labels (pilot and copilot) are not the good one.

    Hi, be sure to delete the old "D-ALEM" livery folder from your community files and use the new D-ALID which has the new Cockpit decals.

    I downloaded thiis,and it looks great,but it crashed three times from three different airports.

    Thanks for letting me know, i am currently working on a update.

    Please try and edit the aircraft.cfg which is in the repaint folder and set "canBeUsedByAITraffic=1" to "canBeUsedByAITraffic=0"

    and "isAirTraffic=1" to "isAirTraffic=0" and see if that helps.
