    Description

    After several hours of unsuccessful searching for UK VRPs to add to LNM, I decided to try and do it myself. I have added 419 UK VRPs taken from the NATS database on 16 Sep 23. They seem to be correct but happy to amend if any mistakes are found.

    I understand that some aviation charts might show a lot more VRPs, but these are as per the last cycle. 

    Installation Instructions:

    New Installation: If this is the first time you are installing my UK VRPs to LNM, simply download the .CSV file you want and save it somewhere you can easily find it. Then in LNM, select Userpoints - Import CSV - and select the file you have saved. All VRPs should instantly install into LNM.

    Update Installation: If you have previously installed my UK VRPs, you will first want to go into LNM and under Userpoints on the Search panel, select all old VRPs and delete them. It is important that you only delete UK VRPs to prevent deleting any VRPs you might have installed for other regions. Then simply follow the New Installation instructions.

    If you spot any obvious errors, please let me know and I will get them updated.

    Finally, please enjoy some VFR flying and the use of these VRPs.

    How do you mean? How do I update it? or how can you update it?
    Updating the VRPs that are used in the real world require me getting the known VRP lists and coordinates from NATS and then converting the coordinates into a useful format to work in the .csv that I have provided. All you should have to do is import User Waypoints.

    Looks great. One observation - is it necessary to include the NATS reference on the VRPs? I wonder if that might clutter up the display. Tiny point. Great job, thanks again

    Thanks. I have thought the same thing so will look into it. On some charts the points name is preceded with VRP so might see what that looks like. I have found a few duplicates and some more to add to the list which I will look into over the next week or so and implement any changes.

    Great! Yes, on my 1:250k charts is shows 'VRP'. I wonder even if that's necessary in LNM - the pin icon should make it clear.
