    Description

    First flew in 1958. Purchased by Eagle Airways Ltd from Maritime Central Airways (ex CF-MCK) arriving on the 23rd January 1959. It was transferred to Cunard Eagle Airways Ltd on the 5th January 1961 and to British Eagle International Airlines Ltd in October 1963.

    St Athan based GJD Aerospace has announced that it is preparing to move two Douglas DC6 aircraft from Coventry to St Athan. One of the aircraft, former British Eagle Airlines G-APSA will be displayed at South Wales Aviation Museum once it has arrived in the Vale of Glamorgan.

    I will take care of this over the next few days. As long as nothing has changed regarding the templates, the conversion into ktx2 format shouldn't be a major issue. However, I do not have enough time to substantially rebuild liveries should it turn out that the existing textures do not fit the 2024 version.

    Just found this and I'm using it with the PMDG DC-6 in MS2024 no issues so far thanks for the great Livery

    I only requested this a few nights ago, and here it is. Is it possible for a Cunard Eagle and British Eagle Bermuda versions too? That would be fantastic

    Thanks for this livery!! I notice that this is the only livery so far I've come across that has a more 'matt' finish on the fuselage, is that intentional?

    I tried to stick to several pictures which all showed a "not so glossy" livery, hence it was somewhat intentional. Thanks for your comment and rating!
