    Description

    A. N. R. Robinson International Airport (formerly Crown Point International Airport) (IATA: TAB, ICAO: TTCP) is an international airport located on Crown Point, Tobago in Trinidad and Tobago. It is located in the southwesternmost part of the island, near the town of Canaan, and 11 km (6.8 mi) from the capital, Scarborough. It is one of two international airports serving the twin isle republic. The A. N. R. Robinson International Airport is situated on the southwestern tip of the island of Tobago. This airport is located within walking distance of some of several of the island's beaches. The airport was commissioned in December 1940 when the Work Department laid a 670-meter (2,200 ft) landing strip.

    The facilities at Crown Point were upgraded in the mid-1980s to accommodate a new terminal building, access roads, and extended apron. Further developments were commenced in 1987 and completed in 1992 to accommodate wide-bodied aircraft such as the Boeing 747. Another development program was scheduled to commence in 2011, anticipated to include an extension of the terminal building, runway works and the addition of jet bridges to the structure.

    Great work! small improvement needed, the taxi ribbon does not appear and ATC is not able to give taxi guidance. Probably missing taxi links and names. Thanks

    Hey! Amazing work! I love flying down here so I'm glad to see the airports looking better. I was wondering if you will have the chance to get around to BGI? That's my favorite airport and I would love to see it look more realistic. Thanks!

    Thank you for ttcp! Time for some caribbean scenery to come into this wonderful sim! Any chance you can work on anymore, eg barbados, Saint lucia or Antigua? Your work is outstanding and I would be grateful us caribbean simmers from a long time! I saw on the last post u used skycycle models from xplane? He has plenty of caribbean scenery done on xplane if you need to use his building models, with his permission of course! Looking forward to more caribbean island airport areas!! Thank you!!

    No problem! I really want to get working on the Caribbean as bing maps haven't updated it in a very long time. I am slowly working on the entire Caribbean from the bottom to the top which means even though I did skip TTPP at first, I'm working on that next, then to Grenada then to Barbados then back to St.Lucia.
    I did indeed mention skycycle for some of his wonderful models but I may end up recreating my own anyways as the rendering isn't really good.
    I am currently working on my own 4k rendering of TTPP and may do the same for the rest of the Caribbean islands as skycycle is an XPlane simmer and does not really support MSFS from the last I contacted him.

    Thank you sooo much nick! Really excited to hear that and you intend to make good this part of the Caribbean region.over the many versions of fs we owned, no effort was really made by ms to improve the area. Even when I tested the ms2020 beta I pleaded along with other caribbean testers as to asobo to detail the areas before release, seems it fell on deaf ears! I'm very happy you came along and are willing to add the sceneries on. Deeply appreciate what you do and looking forward to flying the islands with proper airports! Thanks!!!
