The Boeing 737-300 registered PT-MNJ was an important aircraft in the history of Nordeste Linhas Aéreas. Originally delivered to VASP in 1991 as PP-SOK, it later flew for TransBrasil as PT-TEQ before joining Nordeste, where it became the company’s first Boeing 737-300. During its time with Nordeste, PT-MNJ represented a new phase of modernization for the airline, operating domestic routes across Brazil and wearing the classic Nordeste/Varig colors. After leaving Nordeste, the aircraft continued its career with WebJet and later with Boliviana de Aviación.
