    Starlux Airlines AIRSORYAMA A350-1000 Special Livery

    STARLUX Airlines is collaborating with renowned artist Hajime Sorayama to launch two special-livery Airbus A350-1000 aircraft, dubbed "AIRSORAYAMA". Featuring a unique "liquid metal" silver or gold finish, these aircraft will operate as flying art installations with specialized in-flight amenities starting in Q3 2026.

    Additional Livery Info

    The program includes a fully reimagined livery designed to accentuate the A350-1000’s sculptural form, a Sorayama-designed AIRSORAYAMA logo and visual identity, and a broader creative ecosystem extending into in-flight amenities, a bespoke safety video, and co-branded merchandise.

    Achieving the look required close technical collaboration with Airbus and coatings specialist MANKIEWICZ, developing an aviation-compliant, liquid-metal finish suitable for a carbon-fiber fuselage while meeting strict safety and lightning-protection requirements.

    Note: The silver livery is updated to the latest real-life photographs. However, the gold one remains veiled and will be updated at a later date once debuted in public.

    Hello, first of all, I think your two versions of the stunning new A350-1000 liveries for Star Lux are simply brilliant.

    One question: will you be adjusting the silver colour? Because the first test flights of this A350 have taken place over the last few days, and in your livery the RR logo is missing from one of the engines, and I think your engines are a bit too silver.

    But great work, sir – your liveries are fantastic.

    This is a plane issue, not a livery issue. The inibuilds A350 doesn't have a cabin in MSFS2020, it only has it in MSFS2024.

    I can't enter the game with this livery. It crashes immediately after I select this livery and try to load in.

    Make sure you don't have any conflicting files, such as other starlux liveries. Worst case, remove everything from the Community folder except for this and the ini A350 and give it a try.

    In 2020, I only installed this Starlux Airlines livery. I can preview the livery normally in the hangar on the game homepage, but it fails to load when entering the game.

    Your work on this livery is fantastic, great work. I am impressed with how much of your own touch you've added to the interior. I would love for you to do something similar for the Qatar Airways A359 and A35K if possible. Something that can work both with the default cabin and the custom ini cabins that now work with HUES

    If you're talking about the hangar photo taken at night, it does appear to be extremely glossy. However, if you look at other sources taken during daylight, you can see that the gloss isn't over-exaggerated. This is the look i've tried to re-create.     it's interesting, but those photos are taken in the flattest cloudy day possible, I think when these will be shown they will look like liquid metal! I'll wait for the first flights! :)

    I've refined the livery to be more metallic. Will be releasing it in a future update soon. A truly extensive cabin will also be coming alongside it!
